Talon Algo — Privacy Notice
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 7 October 2026
Plain summary (not part of the notice)
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver the Talon Algo membership, run the community and support you: your email and order details from Whop, your TradingView username (so we can grant script access), and your Discord and Telegram identifiers. Whop handles card payments; we never see your card number. We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on community messages. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at privacy@talonalgo.com.
1. Who we are
1.1 YourFaithful Inc. (16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA) is responsible for the personal data described here ("we", "us"). We sell under the brand Talon Algo.
1.2 Contact for privacy: privacy@talonalgo.com. For anything else: support@talonalgo.com.
2. What this notice covers
2.1 This notice covers the Talon Algo membership sold on Whop, our private Discord server, our Telegram channel and discussion group, TradingView script access, email we send, and support.
2.2 Other companies' services (Whop, Discord, Telegram, TradingView, Google) also collect data under their own policies. We do not control them. Read their policies.
3. What we collect, where it comes from, and why
3.1 The table below lists what we collect.
| Data | Where it comes from | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, billing country, plan, order, renewal, cancellation and refund history | Whop, when you buy | Sell and deliver the membership, send receipts and service notices (including the reminder before the first $150 charge), handle refunds and disputes |
| Payment details | Entered on Whop's checkout | Whop and its payment processors take payment. We never see or store your full card number |
| TradingView username | You, at Whop checkout or by ticket | Grant and remove access to the indicators; keep a dated access log as proof of delivery |
| Discord user ID, username, roles, join and leave dates, messages and reactions in our server, onboarding answers, moderation and audit-log entries | Discord, when you join and use our server; the Whop Discord app when you claim access | Give you the member role, run and moderate the community, enforce the rules, keep the server safe |
| Telegram username and ID, messages in our discussion group, join requests and bot interactions | Telegram, when you post or interact. We cannot see who subscribes to the channel | Run and moderate the channel and group |
| Support tickets and emails: your messages, screenshots, settings and the email you write from | You, by Discord ticket or email | Answer your question, fix access problems, keep a record for disputes |
| Confirmation that you are 18 or older and live in the United States | Whop checkout questions; Discord rules acceptance | Keep the membership to adults and to places where we sell |
3.2 What we do not collect. We never ask for, and you must never send us, passwords, broker or prop-firm logins, API keys, 2FA codes, seed phrases or government ID.
3.3 One $35 intro per person. The $35 intro price is available once per person. To apply that rule we compare new purchases with the email, TradingView username, Discord ID and the payment-method fingerprint or last digits Whop shows us from earlier purchases.
3.4 No automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Access is granted and removed by staff, prompted by your Whop membership status.
4. Who processes your data
4.1 We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only with the service providers below and as the law requires.
| Provider | What they do | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Whop (and the payment processors it uses, such as Stripe) | Checkout, billing, memberships, receipts, refunds, disputes, the Discord role link | Order, payment, email, TradingView username, Discord ID |
| Discord | Hosts our community server | Discord data in section 3 |
| Bots in our Discord server: the Whop app and the ticket and moderation bots we run | Role assignment, tickets, moderation | Discord ID, messages in tickets, moderation logs |
| Telegram | Hosts our channel and discussion group | Telegram data in section 3 |
| Google Workspace | Our email (support@, billing@, privacy@) and the restricted documents where we keep the TradingView access log and other operational records | Emails you send us, TradingView username, grant dates |
| TradingView | We enter your username in TradingView's access dialog to grant or remove script access | TradingView username, grant dates |
4.2 We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, to respond to a payment dispute, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business (in which case this notice continues to apply).
4.3 Our providers are mainly in the United States.
5. Community content and AI
5.1 We do not use Discord or Telegram messages to train or benchmark AI models, and we do not scrape or export member lists.
6. How long we keep data
6.1 We keep data for these periods:
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Whop order and billing records | Whop keeps these under its own policy. We keep our own copies for as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require |
| TradingView access log | 24 months after access ends |
| Support tickets and transcripts | 12 months after the ticket closes |
| Discord moderation log | 24 months |
| Telegram moderation logs | 12 months |
6.2 We keep data longer if a legal hold, dispute or investigation requires it.
7. Your rights and how to use them
7.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what we hold about you and get a copy; correct it; delete it; receive it in a portable format; object to or restrict some uses; withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier use); and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do neither).
7.2 How to ask. Email privacy@talonalgo.com or open a Discord ticket. We verify your request by matching it to details we already hold, such as the email on your Whop order or your Discord ID. We will not ask for a copy of an ID document. We reply within one month, or within 45 days where California law applies, and tell you if we need more time.
7.3 Some data we must keep even after a deletion request, for example billing records or evidence of delivery for a dispute. We will tell you what we kept and why.
8. Security
8.1 We use two-factor authentication on staff accounts and a password vault. Staff never ask for your passwords or keys.
8.2 No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and any regulator as the law requires.
9. Adults only
9.1 The membership is for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If we learn that we hold data about someone under 18, we remove them and delete their data except where the law requires us to keep it.
10. Email
10.1 We send service emails (receipts, the renewal reminder, access notices) because they are part of your membership.
11. Changes
11.1 We will post any change here with a new effective date and a change log, and email members about material changes.
